The ATGC bioinformatics platform is a joint project of several Montpellier laboratories:

South Green (plant genomics).
Services available on the platform are based on our expertise, issued from our research activities. These involve: phylogenetics, population genetics, molecular evolution, genome dynamics, comparative and functional genomics, and transcriptome analysis. Most of the software and databases on ATGC are (co)authored by researchers from Montpellier teams. Some are widely used and highly cited (See the
statistics).
