Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
The ATGC platform is pleased to propose innovative bioinformatics services for analysing High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS), also called Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), data. The platform is equipped with a medium computing server and disk server. Given as input your sequence data, we can advise you on or perform analysis such as:
- Translatome: translational regulation of gene expression and data mining (Ribo-seq)
- Transcriptome: transcriptional Differential Gene Expression analysis (RNA-seq)
- Transcriptome: assembly (RNA-seq)
- Genome: prediction of polymorphisms (DNA-seq)
- Genome: assembly (DNA-seq)
- Long reads: hybrid error correction

The platform also offers free access to
software and
services for use and/or download on your computers, and proposes
training sessions regarding High-Throughput Sequencing data analyses.
ATGC belongs, as a founding platform, to the two main platform networks in France: the
Institut Français de Bioinformatique (IFB) and
France Génomique (FG).
