Bioinformatics analysis for High-Throughput Sequencing data
The ATGC platform is pleased to propose innovative bioinformatics services for analysing High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS), also called Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), data.
The platform is equipped with a medium computing server and disk server. Given as input your sequence data, we can perform the analysis of:
- RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data

Pipeline for Digital Gene Expression (similar to SAGE or MPSS)
- Genomic resequencing data and mutation prediction (substitutions and indels)
The platform also offers access to software and libraries for use and/or download on your computers.
