Color scale

You can choose the colors used to display the data matrix.
Null values are necessarily displayed in black.
In the graphical matrix, a high value will be displayed with a bright color, and a value close to zero will be displayed with a dark color.

Different aspects of the data matrix structure can be highlighted by adjusting the number of shades and/or the contrast.

It is possible to request that cells remain empty.
In this situation, positive or negative cells remain blank, with no grey scale.
This is useful to analyze the distribution of positive or negative values in the dataset.

Display
