Access to the services

To set up a project please contact the team through: atgc-hts@lirmm.fr
We will organise a first contact to discuss the project and determine the type of analysis needed. Please inform us on the species, the data type, the sequencing platform, the volume of data and length of the reads, as well as a complete contact information.
