PhyML data sets
These data sets were used to test the speed of the algorithm and its accuracy.Simulated data sets:
- 5000 data sets comprising the true 40-taxon trees and the corresponding 500-bp homologous sequences.
- 30 data sets comprising the true 100-taxon trees and the corresponding 500-bp homologous sequences.
- 30 data sets comprising the true 40-taxon trees and the corresponding 500-bp homologous sequences.
Two real data sets:
- RDPII data set (218 taxa, 4182 bp).
- rbcL data set (500 taxa, 1428 bp).
